Customer Testimonial Films.

Your customers are your best sales people. Testimonial films, with your customers telling of their experiences with your company in their own words, are incredibly powerful. These films capture your customers’ genuine enthusiasm about your company - an emotion that carries far beyond the mere words they say.

Case Study One - Willows Dental.

Marketing and new media specialists Design BP asked Definition Media to produce a customer testimonial film as part of the new website they were creating for Willows Dental. We filmed a brief introduction from the practice owner, and short testimonials from a number of patients. It was important to find different angles, and interesting setups for the interviewees, so that the film portrayed the friendly nature of the practise.

On top of dealing with the technical aspects of lighting, sound, and filming, an important part of our role on the day was helping the interviewees relax so they come across naturally and confident on film. Although a little nervous at first the patients really enjoyed being in front of camera!

Case Study Two - PhP Architects

We were commissioned by architects Peter Haddon & Partners to create a customer testimonial film to showcase the award winning Northampton School For Boys redevelopment. (See film above)

For this project the photography was key, with shot composition having to capture the overall scale of the build and also pay close attention to the many details that make up the successful design. Using a multiple split screen editing technique we were able to show as much detail as possible whilst reflecting the avant-garde style of the complete design.

Mark Pennington, Design Director, PHP declared the film “...a great success. It really is a dynamic celebration of the building. We have also found it a great tool for showcasing our work and our fantastic working relationship with the client."
